The Genius Servo for fully automatic packaging. Working in-line, this light barrier-controlled machine can be loaded both manually and fully automatically. The areas of application are diverse and range from the packaging of folding boxes of all kinds, media and publishing products such as hard and soft cover books individual and stacked, up to foodstuffs such as cucumbers and many other products. The simple mechanical construction means the machine inexpensive despite the use of servo technology.
Peak outputs of up to 150 cycles per minute* are possible with the BVM feed systems. The feed can consist of a belt infeed, accumulation roller conveyor or chain gripper.* All commercially available films such as polyethylene, polyolefin, cast polypropylene and PVC films can be processed using permanently heated sealing systems. Printed, coloured, with print mark, flat or semi-tubular film can be processed using the corresponding additional options.
In conjunction with polyolefin film and the BVM cutting knife, the finest sealing seams can be produced.
Simple changeover without handwheels or handling of the operating elements guarantee short changeover times and high production reliability.

A travelling sealing system enables an output of up to 150 cycles per minute. The passage height is infinitely adjustable depending on need and requirement.
