The SM Genius Konti packaging machine series is suitable for fully automatic packaging.
The Genius Servo Konti is a machine with a shaped shoulder, which can be loaded both manually and fully automatically. Flat film is used to produce a package that is closed on all sides with an overlap on the underside of the product.
The sophisticated packaging system and associated feeding systems enable peak outputs of more than 120 cycles/min. Using permanently heated sealing systems, all commercially available films from polyethylene to polyolefin and PVC can be processed on this film packaging machine. In conjunction with polyolefin film and the BVM cutting knife, the finest sealing seams can be produced.
Simple changeovers of the Genius packaging machine without handwheels via servo motors also for the sealing positions and the sealing level guarantee short changeover times and a high level of production reliability. The size range extends from 450 mm to 700 mm sealing width, depending on the model.
